However, the actual color of a product or print may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, fabric, and printing process.

As our products may be printed on demand, minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are made and printed on demand after an order is placed.

This means your product may be specifically prepared for your order rather than being taken from ready-made inventory.

Because of this, customers should carefully check the product, size, color, design, and other order details before completing the purchase.

Print-on-Demand products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Orders

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed and production has started, we may not be able to accept cancellation or modification requests.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Customer-Uploaded Designs

If you upload your own image, artwork, logo, photograph, or other design to be printed on a product, you confirm that:

  • You have the necessary rights or permission to use the design.

  • The design does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

  • The design does not contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.

The customer is responsible for the content of any design they upload.

The Style Arena reserves the right to refuse to print or cancel an order containing content that we believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Orders will be processed after successful confirmation of payment or as otherwise permitted by the payment options available on our website.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within India.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Since many of our products are made and printed on demand, processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and other contact details are correct when placing your order.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because our products are made or printed on demand, Print-on-Demand products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the product.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly printed

  • Different from the product you ordered

please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

Any approved replacement or refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Website Content and Designs

All original content created by The Style Arena, including our logos, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and other website content, belongs to The Style Arena or its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our designs, branding, or content without our prior written permission.
